Youper's own notice says the company is closing and all services end on September 30, 2026. from October 1, remaining user data is permanently deleted. if you want your chat history and mood entries, export them now. this page quotes the notice, walks through the export, and then lays out honest options: another AI companion, a licensed person, or peer support from humans. veisund is one of those options, and it is not the right one for everyone.

Youper's closing is a reminder that an app can end.
