sleep, exercise, & nutrition

How do you work on exercise when it's hard to remember to keep doing it because you have life that seems to happen all the time. How do you get sleep when your the main person taking care of children in the middle of the night so it feels like your running on nothing. The drive and the energy is not there. I don't do coffee. Being told you need more energy.

There is a point when ‘do more’ isn’t possible. It’s more like what can I not do anymore because what’s here is too much. Is there anything you can focus on that you can not do anymore?

Sometimes I think it falls down to health to like thyroid issues or glucose. I could get up in the middle of the night because my brain is wired to. When you get older you just can't do things like you did as a teenager. If I exercise it doesn't stick as a routine. My brain does this thing if it doesn't seem important I forget it. Even people I meet there has to be a connection to remember

Yes. Insulin sensitivity is a real thing. Whalt about making it super simple? There is a lot of research about the 7 min workout that’s quite effective. I’ve tried to just integrate it into my life. I work at home, every time I go into my office during work days I do 20 pushups. It’s a way to stay active and it’s simple. Is there a way you can integrate more movement into your daily life?

I just like the company I guess. Someone to struggle with together because doing it myself sounds depressing.

lol. It is. It’s hard to do by yourself. Do you have someone who you could partner with to keep you accountable? A 30 day challenge or something?

We're supposed to start walking after dropping kids off school tomorrow. TO hopefully get back in shape after not being active for like 10yrs.

Great start. Brisk pace. Zone 2 heart rate. Dr Vonda wright has a new book out I’m giving to my mom for Mother’s Day. Might be of interest to you. Called unbreakable

I can successfully say we walked for a straight hour on the football track. Time flies by when you got company. She was having a lupus flare to and walking actually made her feel better. We're doing it every Monday now to work up to be able to play tennis
