Its not the only source I check but when ur tired because your own Dr isn't find the solution you tend to do some discovery yourself. I looked up reactive hypoglycemia and fructose intolerance.feeling low, brain fog, stomach problems sugar crash which for kids make them space out and not listen or speech problems, constant hunger. Nvr wanted to prove him more wrong

Just want to add as well it can give this feeling of anxiety when it's not anxiety or need for chocolate because your feeling low on sugar when in fact you need protein to balance it out. If your body cant process the insulin from glucose properly you can be clumsy and feel weak or lightheaded when you stand up to fast. I hope it helps someone.

lol. Maybe I can lend a hand, with our kids we absolutely see them behave differently after having a lot of carbs or sugar because of the glycemic spike your glycemic index raises, and then in that fall kids typically have like really kind of tantrum me panicky feelings I’d research glycemic index and you know, children behavior, or something on Google scholar there will be something about it. Sugar crash is real. We push protein in our house

Chinese study that talks about sugar, consumption, and children having more associated difficulties than strength with higher consumption https://scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=en&as_sdt=0%2C5&q=glycemic+index+children+sugar+behaviors+crash&btnG=#d=gs_qabs&t=1777238615587&u=%23p%3Dt93W95ZQ7GoJ

I'm unable to click the link for some reason but I can definitely look it up. I tried giving my son a spoonful of peanut butter because he didn't eat his lunch, he's was looking for candy for that sugar high because he didn't eat lunch. He was able to sit in the living room for 30min playing dominoes with his sister. It was improvement compared to him annoying her.

Yes yes yes. Push protein then fiberous carbs like carrots or beans. I tie my kids white rice on a plate and they eat it first and nothing else. So I don’t give them the rice until their protein is gone. We are strict about it but I can see the behavioral differences so obviously in my 4 and 2 yr old.
