sleep, exercise, & nutrition

Hi, I’m right now training for an Ironman with a mental health condition of Schizophrenia, does anyone here have any related experience? I have horrible depression and I’m trying to translate that into a good workout regimen, I’ve lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks, but have no social life so I decided to shoot for the moon and see if I land somewhere that’s not as negative as the place I’m in right now

Congrats! Always good to have a goal you are reaching towards. 15 lbs is a lot and exercise is very good for the brain. Have you been feeling better or noticed a change since you started training?

Update: I feel like I have new blood in me. I got rejected by a girl who is a family friend for a date, but I’m just going to use that for fuel in tomorrow’s 4 A.M. workout

Awesome. Love the positivity. And that sucks to be rejected, but what’s really great is you asked. You can now move on to something new.
