  I happened to google Minneapolis and hit flights. It was a beautiful city and perspective shifting as it was my first time traveling alone. I encourage people struggling to check out his TedTalk. His points are perspective shifting but connecting in the sense that I could relate to him so much but he communicated it so clearly and brought me a lot of healing.   humans and feel love. I still suffer but I also feel alive and free in a sense even with responsibilities and financial oppression and struggles. Mental health is so important and we need to be aware and care and have compassion on ourselves and others and stop thinking we are strange or inadequate or need to accomplish something to receive and be love, when love is our primary responsibility in life and we already have it
