stress & emotional wellbeing

I've been on the verge of suicide for a few years now, every look at my pill bottle, I want to down the whole thing. Every time I drive, I dream of getting into a car accident. I'm so done with life at this point that I don't see a point in it. I'm just tired of everything, having to mask my pain, telling everyone I'm just tired because I believe they don't care.

I remember feeling similar. Particularly the car scenario, ram through that idea many times. People do care but often they don’t have the strength to show it. Many people are just barley keeping their heads above water so being there for others is nearly impossible. That’s not their fault usually. More like the cards they were dealt but it sounds like you want more. Sounds like you see it and a potential other side or other way of doing it.

You don’t have to put on a mask here. It’s ok to feel non normal or sad or non ok. I won’t judge. We are all human and we are here Together. ✊
