purpose & emotional clarity

I’ve always had a very pessimistic view of life due to a series of unfortunate events I have endured in my life, life seems so sad to me, almost too sad. More sad than happy. I’m at the point to where I feel like living is more than a curse than it is a blessing, why do we endure so much suffering? I guess some endure more than others. But does everyone feel this way or is it my way of thinking? I’m open to any answers please. I wanna give up.

I’m glad you asked this question. This is like the biggest question of all time and it’s so refreshing for you to ask this and be genuinely thinking about this big important question.

Perhaps living has felt more like a curse than a blessing, especially when you look at other people who maybe haven’t had to go through 1/10th that you’ve been through. It’s hard not to feel jaded or like life is unfair. I don’t know the answer here but the fact that you are talking about it gives me hope. I believe that each person has a gift and our paths in live that we walk present us with opportunities for that gift to reveal itself to

Ourselves and the world. And everyone walks a different path in order to bring that gift to fruition. If you had to guess/pick one, whats your gift?

That’s such a good question, unfortunately, I struggle to come up with an answer for it. I think all I have been through in life has made me feel unworthy, I have very low self esteem, I guess I’ve never really felt good at anything. But if I had to answer I would say helping others, I enjoy doing so and believe I’m good at it. What about you?

People are products of their environment. When people around us make us feel unworthy we feel unworthy. And usually other people make others feel unworthy because they feel unworthy and spread it unconsciously or however else. It’s understandable that you’d feel low mood and like there isn’t a way out. You may not have the environment or the tools yet to start making that progress. It doesn’t mean anything other than you may not have to

Tools yet or the right ppl or skills. It doesn’t mean it’s out of reach. It means maybe it’s the direction you should go to start building out of this current mental and or life state. It’s a good thing to recognize and it’s a better thing to share so I happy you have done that. It takes courage.
