My heart rate has been around 100 bpm lately but when I sleep (no matter at what time, night sleep or nap) it goes up to at least 120, I read this might be anxiety but there's nothing that I can (conciously) think about that's making me anxious. It's getting unbearable now, I can't take it. What can I do to fix it?

How much do you exercise? Do you spike your heart rate aerobically ever? Like maximum heart rate and effort sort of stuff. Thinking maybe smashing it back into rhythm with some strenuous activity could help reorient it to when it should be pumping

I do HIIT 3 times a week, it goes up to around 160

Good for you! Do you notice that it correlates to any thoughts or emotions? Like it happens whenever you think of something or someone?

The racing heart I mean. Is it associated with thought or behavior patterns?
the person who asked·
No, nothing. I mean, it clearly happens when I think of stuff that makes me anxious but it also happens out of nowhere and for no reason, there really isn't a pattern

What thoughts makes you feel anxious?

Anything tbh be honest, it can be anything, something from the future that most likely will not happen or something from the past I did and might have an effect in the future

Seems to me like you are having a strong response to your ideas and feelings. Idk if that’s necessarily a bad thing. Shows u are alive and awake. And it sounds like your mind runs sometimes and your body along with it. Seems like you have a lot of power within you. Do you feel like you are channeling it into something worthy?

Not sure tbh, it's not like I'm doing nothing but idk if what I'm doing is enough

Doesn’t sound like you are confident that it is so I’d say it’s not.
