stress & emotional wellbeing

I realize I have a serious issue with being able to say no, especially when it comes to work projects. I’m very much hitting the ceiling of what I can work on, I feel exhausted and constantly behind. But I’m in a huge amount of debt and can’t see other way out than working as much as I can. I feel guilty about even seeing this as a problem because so many people are out of work right now.

No need to feel guilty. Glad you understand its an issue. Whats in your control? What are some of the things you can impact today to help get you going in the right direction? Sounds like something has to change soon or this isnt sustainable

Curious, what do you do for work?

I am in the same boat! Part of my personality is a need to feel productive and it has become a cycle of wanting to work work work (and check off the list) and then not being able to say no to it. I don’t think you need to feel guilty about your experience. You can just find small ways to say no when you feel strong enough too.
