stress & emotional wellbeing

Going through a 10 year relationship break due to my mental health issues. My gf has always been supportive and told me she will pay for my therapy as long as I go but I have been on and off. I feel so much guilt and pain because the person I love is at her wits end and I am trying to get health insurance for a therapist. I am having a hard time away and am trying to cope and focus on myself. My anxiety and depression is killing me
