Haven't seen my daughter in like a year and a half almost 2 :( not a day goes by im not thinking about her , hoping she safe and okay, ive taking her mother to court on Aug 10th for visitation and child support, any other dads or moms going thru custody too, would be nice to share stories give advice and support, im here to listen as well

That sounds awful. I’m sorry to hear about it and am glad you are taking steps to try and see her. I have 3 children, no custody battle but I can tell you that what you are describing sounds heart wrenching and I hope and pray it resolves for you soon. What happened at court?

Goodness that’s a slog. I can see how that would be frustrating.

Yeah its the not knowing thats the hardest on me , but now with the first court date out of the way I know at least things are moving forward, not stuck in limbo any more has been like a weight had been lifted

Yes that’s positive. Glad you are making progress. But it can be hard to wait. Idk how to relieve that other than focusing on other things. Do you have any goals you are working towards before that time frame?
