stress & emotional wellbeing

I feel worthless and like I'm not good enough. I can't focus in school, so my grades are bad. I can't find happiness in any aspect of my life any more. I can't do anything right. I feel like such a failure. I can't even kill myself right. I took a whole bottle of aspirin and multiple hand fulls of tylenol and ibuprofen this morning, but I'm still not good enough to even kill myself.

Have you shared this with anyone in your family? Curious about if you feel supported by those who love you. Sometimes those lines or communication are not optimal

When I was feeling that way they were the last people I would have told...but ended up being the most important.

I have shared my feelings with my parents and a counselor and psychiatrist, but no one cares. I haven't told anyone about my suicide attempt because I don't trust anyone enough to tell them.

Hum. How come you don’t trust them with that information? Worried they will hospitalize you? Also, what makes you say they don’t care about how you are feeling?
