    Hey! What’s going on?

  • the person who asked

Well, a lot but I don't know what to say, I come here because you guys are always good at helping my "throw up my emotions", can we do that this time?

  • someone who replied, again

Lol. Yeah. Emotional vomit. That’s usually how it begins when sorting through tough to understand emotions. How are you feeling? What are you thinking about?

  • the person who asked

I don't know, I'm not feeling properly bad/sad, but I'm not happy either, lately I've been getting really into stoicism, been trying to help people and honestly nothing really bad has happened over the last two months or so, I just don't know what it is, ai haven't been happy for a while but I just feel weird rn, I don't know how to explain it

  • someone who replied, again

That’s ok. That’s certainly a start. What does happiness mean to you? What’s different about being happy then being in the state that you are in? Or what’s different about your state then what ‘happy’ looks/feels like?

  • the person who asked

I don't know, it's been a while since I was happy, I certainly can't remember, I was a child, it doesn't bother tho, the thing is I feel weird rn, like, I know what to do, I have a plan to follow for the rest of the year at least, but I don't really know what to do I just feel like there's something to say but I don't know what to say or how to say it

  • someone who replied, again

Try me. What would you say the reasons are for this if you had to give me 3 actual reasons that could be contributing to it? Even if there are not super strong, would would be 3 different things you could say may be contributing?

  • the person who asked

    1. I'm not doing anything I like at least not on a significant amount 2. I'm really tired, I haven't had proper vacations for over a year 3. I'm confused, so confused I don't even know why I'm confused

  • someone who replied, again

Well, those seem like very plausible reasons why you many not be feeling yourself brightest.

  • the person who asked

    Yes, yet I'm so confused

  • someone who replied, again

What do you mean by confused?

  • the person who asked

I know I have something to say, I feel it, but I don't know what, I don't know why, I feel weird and I can only describe it as confussion

  • someone who replied, again

Something to say, is this something to say different from your reasons 1-3 shared? Or a common thread underpinning them?

  • the person who asked

Yeah, there are a lot of things to say, I haven't been able to properly sleep for the last 5 years, there was something/someone this last summer, I feel lost, etc... I've been doing good lately, I think I've grown, as a person, I feel more mature now but still, it feels like there's a lot more you know? Again, nothing bad has happened recently but it just doesn't feel rigth. Sorry if I'm repeating myself, I really have no idea how to explain it

  • someone who replied, again

No you are doing an excellent job explaining. Not being able toSleep, feeling lost, losing something/someone, these are all very real reasons to feel “off”. What makes you think you “should” feel differently? All the things you said are very real reasons for somebody to feel off. Or confused. So I’m wondering what makes you think things should be different, sometimes there’s nothing wrong with feeling the way you do

  • the person who asked

The thing is, as I said, this things have been going on for a long time but I didn't used to feel this way, it's been until lately that I started feeling like this. I used to feel sad before, I would cry almost every weekend but now it's been like 2 months since I last cried, things aren't getting better, I'm not getting better, things aren't changing but I am, I don't know what it is

  • someone who replied, again

When you say things aren’t changing, What would positive change look like to you?

  • the person who asked

Being able to properly sleep, to do things I like to get some rest maybe, yet I've tried many, many times and I can't make things get better, I can't change them, I just accepted it and I'm kinda ok with them, maybe what I'm feeling rn has nothing to so with those things

  • someone who replied, again

Ever tried supplements? Here is one cocktail I’ve used. ‘Melatonin suppresses puberty and has negative effects on sex hormones – instead try a cocktail of mangesium threonate at 200-400mg 2-3 hours before sleep, theanine 200-400mg, and apigenin 50mg’ from JrE 1673.

  • someone who replied, again

Another things, you are not hopeless or helpless. Maybe you could just benefit from some new skills, habits, or ways of thinking.

  • the person who asked

Yeah, I tried melatonin and it didn't work, I could try the other one though, I don't feel hopelss, I just realized there's nothing I can do at this time maybe some day, I accepted this and I'm ok with it, the benefit of a new way of thinking, stoicism. You'll see, I'm not complaining about those things, I accept them as they are, I'm just here to try and figure out what is that I'm feeling

  • someone who replied, again

Ok. Sounds like a mature approach. I think you touched a key point, acceptance. That’s why I was asking if there is something that makes you think you should feel different. But as you’ve suggested, acceptance is a key step in allowing one to be fully present in their situation and chart a course forward based on intention

  • the person who asked

Exactly, you helped me realize that before, during another chat, and I'm really thankful to you Red crow (wheather you are a person or a group of people) because you've always been there for me, really thank you, but still I feel something I don't understand, why am I no longer crying as often? Why do I feel something's wrong even if no new bad things have happened? What can I do to understand?

  • someone who replied, again

Thank you for saying that. Keep asking yourself. Don’t be afraid of the answer or not knowing the answer. Maybe you need to spend more time in a state of not knowing and learn to accept that before something to reveal itself.

  • the person who asked

So, just I just wait for an answer?

  • someone who replied, again

There is a big difference between doing nothing and waiting for an answer and investing time and energy in activities that build you up and waiting for an answer.

  • the person who asked

Ok, I get but, should I do that? Keep going, doing my best and hoping I'll find an answer?

  • someone who replied, again

If you keep doing your best the answer will reveal itself in time.

  • someone who replied, again

Bit by bit. At least that’s my experience. I haven’t ever really had the ah ha moment, it’s more like small ah ha moments that build up over time that are usually paid for in energy, time, blood, sweat, and tears.

  • the person who asked

Great, I think I'll do that, again, thanks a lot Red crow
