i had a bf and we were on and off all the time but we were still seeing each other and acting like we are not broken up, and he was looking for other girls, can i blame him for that, but i had a valid reason to break up (he told me he still loves his ex), i just could not stay away from him because i loved him. this was a year ago and im still talking to him but i cant be with him because he break my heart and i dont feel the same around him

Now I'm not a professional just someone who has gone through that. Ask yourself does he love you for the idea of you or for you in general. Is he someone who only likes the feeling he gets around you or for you as a person. Some people chase the feeling like a high of love but look past how they treat people or you which matters in the long run in hopes for that feeling. Get someone who has your back and not turn on you at home.

Girl don't be second best. You need someone who See's you for more than that. If he thinks your just a friend there is no connection. Trust me there are far better men than that.

100% agree, you want someone who only wants you. Doesn’t discard you like yesterdays paper when a new one comes out. Thats no way to live. I’d recommend moving on
