I did the same thing. I’d freeze whenever anyone asked me what’s going on. I felt like I didn’t have the words to describe it. But really the words were ‘I feel bad, I don’t like myself or my life’. That was sort of it and starting down admitting that and understanding it was the start of my healing process. What’s going on in your life now?

Mainly RSD i struggle with it and it makes me feel cut out from other people and makes me feel rejected and unloved even if thats not true

Yes I’ve heard that’s how people describe rsd. I’m not treating to suggest you don’t have rsd, but you may consider not ‘owning’ having rsd. ‘My rsd makes me this way’ vs ‘I feel like sometimes I experience symptoms of rsd’ it may seem like a small difference but that difference is all about accountability and imo the first step in making progress. This allows you to ask ‘what about me and my life makes me feel or act this way’

Instead of ‘I have rsd and this is how I’ll be forever’. You can go that route, but then you are essentially giving up any agency in your ability to change this situation over time. If you believe I ‘have’ rsd/depression/anxiety I imagine this backpack that you are gonna carry forever. It becomes like your identity weighing you down. If you say ‘I experience or feel’ it’s like you are just dating this thing. Not married to it forever
