Good enough start for me! Asking is the first step and often times the hardest. What’s going on?

I just don't know, suddenly I feel bad again, I don't know what happened

What happened before and what changes so that you were feeling better? And what do you mean by feel bad again, what does it feel like to be you?

I mean, most of the time I'm sad or nervous, or stressed so, when I don't feel that way I say I don't feel bad. I just don't know what happened, I had decided I would never get married and I would never have any children not because I don't want to, in fact, that's probably the thing I want the most, but when you have something, you can loose it and that's something I don't think I couldn't bear

Would you say that overall you believe in yourself or overall you feel confident in yourself?

Also, I've never been on a relationship before and it seems like I never will so I just accepted that, I was going to die alone and, somehow, I was ok with it but lately, a week or so, I have been thinking there's actually a chance for me to get a girlfriend but nothing happened to make me think that or so I think. But now I feel so desperate all day, this "new found hope" is destroying me because nothing has really changed outside, only inside

I believe in myself yes, but only to some extent, I don't think I can do anything

Healthy sense of realism is important. And that’s an exciting new realization. It sounds pretty fresh, that new sense is sort of like fresh wound in your emotional self. Something you previously thought to be true now no longer is. And just like a new thought or fresh wound, it takes time to heal and sink in. Heart ache would be natural as this new idea takes form because it makes you feel more vulnerable. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing
- the person who asked·
So, is this ok?, should I just wait to feel better? Do I have to do something else?
- someone who replied, again·
Personally I’d use it. I’d use it as motivation to put some lines in the water and get to know some people! Heart ache is gonna be a big part of the process dating so a bit up front is normal!!
